It is imperative that, in order to have a better and more professional view about your computer system, we get some technical details about your PC. Please download scanpci.exe and pci.exe, unzip them in x:\OS2, where x: is the drive OS/2 is installed on, and type the command pci > x:\desktop\pci.txt and scanpci > x:\desktop\scanpci.txt.
